释义	去劳动仲裁不算上班。若劳动者与用人单位的劳动关系还没有终止，用人单位要求职工上班的，职工应当在用人单位经营场所的上班。劳动者没有在用人单位的地点上班的，可以按旷工处理。法律依据：《劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同启乱。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。第九十一条用人单位招掘旁帆用与其他用人单位尚未解除或者终止劳动合判雹同的劳动者，给其他用人单位造成损失的，应当承担连带赔偿责任。
