释义	法律分析：拆迁时的房屋测量面积与土地证不符,应当要求重新测量、评估。法律依据：《房产测绘管理办法》第二十一条房产测绘单位有下情形之一的，由县级以上人民政府房地产行政主管部门绘予以降级或者取消其房产测绘资格：（一）在房主面积测算中不执行国有标准、规范和规定；（二）在房产面积测算中弄虚作假、欺骗房屋权利人的；（三）房产面积测算失误的，造成重大损失的。
