释义	劳动部《关于女职工劳动保护规定问题解答》中指出：女职工产假90天，分为产假、产后假两部分。即产前假15天、产后假75天。所谓产前假15天，系指预产期产前15天的休假。产前假一般不得放到产后使用。若孕妇提前生产，可将不足的天数和产后假合并使用；若孕妇推迟生产，可将超出的天数按病假处理。法律依据《女职工劳动保护法》第七条该内容由陈雷律师和律说律答共创回答
