释义	法律分析: 生产经营单位委托其他机构进行安全培训的，保证安全培训的责任仍由本单位负责。法律依据: 《国家安全监管总局关于修改〈生产经营单位安全培训规定〉等11件规章的决定》第二十条具备安全培训条件的生产经营单位，应当以自主培训为主；可以委托具备安全培训条件的机构，对从业人员进行安全培训。不具备安全培训条件的生产经营单位，应当委托具备安全培训条件的机构，对从业人员进行安全培训。生产经营单位委托其他机构进行安全培训的，保证安全培训的责任仍由本单位负责。
