释义	法律分析：医保欠费是可以停保的，每月25日前，参保单位延迟缴费的，从欠缴之日起按日加收2‰滞纳金。可一次性缴一个月、一个季度、半年或一年的。按季度或按年度缴的，应从季度初或年初缴费。暂无能力缴纳的，申请缓缴，缓缴时间不得超过2个月。法律依据：《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第十七条参加基本养老保险的个人，因病或者非因工死亡的，其遗属可以领取丧葬补助金和抚恤金；在未达到法定退休年龄时因病或者非因工致残完全丧失劳动能力的，可以领取病残津贴。所需资金从基本养老保险基金中支付
