我申请交通保险理赔，保险公司说赔偿数额改变了，该怎么处理？ |

1.《保险法》第五十六条规定：意外伤害保险合同约定的保险金额以及确定理赔数额的实际损失量应当合法、合理；
2.《保险法》第六十七条规定：保险公司可以对已确定的赔款金额进行调整，但必须有充分理由，并及时通知被保险人；
3.《保险法》第七十六条规定：被保险人认为保险公司对保险事故处理有争议的，可以向保险公司提出书面异议；
4.《保险法》第九十六条规定：被保险人有权向保险监管机构投诉；
5.《民法典》第一千八百八十二条规定：合同有争议的，当事人可以协商解决，也可以请求仲裁机构或者人民法院处理。
