释义	法律分析： 1、按劳动法规定的时间与要求，提前给用人单位发出书面解约通知。如正常情况下，劳动者提前解除劳动合同，应提前三十天书面通知用人单位。 2、进行工作、业务交接。 3、清理债权债务关系。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十九条在用人单位实行过错解除的情况下，用人单位无需提前通知劳动者即可解除劳动合同，解除通知送达劳动者即可。第四十条在用人单位实行非过错解除的情况下，用人单位可以提前三十日以书面形式通知劳动者本人或者额外支付劳动者一个月工资后解除劳动合同。
