释义	用人单位具有年休假安排权，职工请事假，单位不准，但是安排年休假是合法的；职工请事假，单位已准，之后经职工同意，可以用年休假抵扣事假，但未经职工同意抵扣事假是不合法的。法律依据：《职工带薪休假条例》第二条职工在年休假期间享受与正常工作期间相同的工资收入。即：职工在休年休假期间的工资、津贴（不含中夜班津贴、保健津贴）、效益工资按正常出勤发放。
