释义	提存公证：是公证机关依照法定条件和程序，对交付的提存物进行寄托、保管，并在条件成熟时交付债权人或其他受益人的活动。除当事人另有约定外，提存费用由提存受领人承担。提存费用包括：提存公证费、公告费、邮电费、保管费、评估鉴定费、代管费、拍卖变卖费、保险费，以及为保管、处置、运输提存标的物所支出的其他费用。法律依据：《提存公证规则》第二十五条除当事人另有约定外,提存费用由提存受领人承担。
