释义	根据继承法规定：遗嘱人在危急情况下，可以立口头遗嘱。口头遗嘱应当有两个以上见证人在场见证。但是自书遗嘱应由遗嘱人亲笔书写，签名，注明年、月、日，并且必须为立遗嘱人真实意思表示。所以说自书遗嘱只要具备以上要件就合法有效，一般不要求必须有见证人在场。当然了，如果能够有见证人在场或者经过公证的话，那是再好不过了，以防止继承人以后拿立遗嘱人因为病重而缺乏独立的意思表示能力来说事。
