释义	法律分析：劳动合同到期不需要提前通知，如果公司没有其他违反劳动合同法的，自己辞职是没有经济补偿金的。如果是公司不续签的，除用人单位维持或者提高劳动合同约定条件续订劳动合同，劳动者不同意续订的情形外。单位应当向劳动者支付经济补偿。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
