释义	法律分析：犯法。公司不按规定悬挂营业执照是要承担法律责任的。对未在经营场所内悬挂营业执照的，可以罚款，但必须在责令改正之后，仍然未悬挂营业执照的，才能进行罚款。已经没有年检的说法，统称为网上年报。企业需要在每年1月1日至6月30日通过企业信用信息公示系统报送上一年度年度报告并公示。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司登记管理条例》第七十二条未将营业执照置于住所或者营业场所醒目位置的，由公司登记机关责令改正;拒不改正的，处以1000元以上5000元以下的罚款。
