释义	公开审理，意味着法院的诉讼活动要公开，允许公众进入法庭旁听。也就是说，即使与案件没有关系的人，也可以进入到法庭内旁听案件的审理。不公开审理的案件除了审判员、当事人、当事人的代理人及其他诉讼参与人，其他人不能进入法庭旁听。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百二十条人民法院审理民事案件，除涉及国家秘密、个人隐私或者法律另有规定的以外，应当公开进行。离婚案件，涉及商业秘密的案件，当事人申请不公开审理的，可以不公开审理。
