释义	虽然出票人破产，将导致银行承担无法向其收取足额票款的风险，但票据流通适用的是无因性原则，只要出票人签发的票据在形式上符合票据法规定的要件，便是有效出票行为，出票行为成立后，不论出票人是否向承兑银行足额交存票款，也不论票据的基础关系是否无效或是否有瑕疵，承兑银行都必须向持票人付款。法律依据《中华人民共和国票据法》第五十三条、第五十四条
