恋爱期间赠与大额财物，分手后能要回吗
释义
恋爱送对方的贵重物品或巨额财物分手后赠与方可以主张要回。对于恋爱或订婚一方送与另一方的贵重财物，分手后一般应予返还。
因为贵重财物或金钱基于恋爱关系或婚约关系而存在，以与之结婚为前提，一旦这个关系不存在；
丧失赠与的前提，另一方取得财物就失去基础，再占有此项财物则属于不当得利，应当返还。
