释义	法律分析: 劳动者辞职后，单位必须立即一次性的付清劳动者的全部工资。双方也可以协商确定工资的支付日期；如果单位拒绝支付工资，劳动者可以向劳动监察大队投诉，也可以向仲裁委员会申请劳动仲裁；对仲裁结果不服的，可以向人民法院提起诉讼。《工资支付暂行规定》第七条工资必须在用人单位与劳动者约定的日期支付。如遇节假日或休息日，则应提前在最近的工作日支付。工资至少每月支付一次，实行周、日、小时工资制的可按周、日、小时支付工资。
