释义	在夫妻关系存续期间，夫妻双方或一方以房改优惠价所购的房改房，均应视为夫妻共同财产。夫妻共同财产，是指在夫妻关系存续期间夫妻所共同拥有的财产。【法律依据】《关于贯彻执行民事政策若干问题的意见》第12条规定：在婚姻关系存续期间，夫妻各自或共同劳动所得收入和购置财产，各自或共同继承、受赠的财产，都是夫妻共同财产。劳动所得收入，于本单位职工而言，除了日常工资外还应包括各类奖金、补贴、单位分发的实物等福利，故职工以优惠价购买的房改房，其单位补贴的差额部分，应视为共同财产的范畴。
