释义	法律分析：部分夫妻在外出工作时，由于各种原因致使双方感情破裂，从而离婚。一般情况下，如果是协议离婚，夫妻双方要共同到其中一方户籍所在地的婚姻登记处办离婚。如果外出打工超过一年，那么起诉方可向另一方居住地的法院提起诉讼。如果只有一方离开，那另一方可在自己的居住地起诉。如果原告不知道另一方现居住地的，那么法院会通过公告通知。法律依据：《民事诉讼法》第二十一条规定，对公民提起的民事诉讼，由被告住所地的人民法院管辖；被告住所地与经常居住地不一致的，由经常居住地人民法院管辖。
