释义	看房东是否同意转租给你，如果房东在中介租给你时，是知情并且同意或者默许的，无权解除合同。如果房东不知情的，房东有权解除合同。法律依据：《合同法》第二百二十四条转租承租人经出租人同意，可以将租赁物转租给第三人。承租人转租的，承租人与出租人之间的租赁合同继续有效，第三人对租赁物造成损失的，承租人应当赔偿损失。承租人未经出租人同意转租的，出租人可以解除合同。注：自民法典2021年1月1日起生效后，以上法律依据变更为民法典第七百一十六条
