释义	法律分析：根据我们国家的具体法律规定而言，无权处分合同是指对于特定物，当事人没有处分权利而与其他人订立以引起标的物物权变动为目的的债权的合同，在无权处分合同中，合同效力是待定的，若权利人追认，则合同有效，若不追认，合同则无效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百九十七条因出卖人未取得处分权致使标的物所有权不能转移的,买受人可以解除合同并请求出卖人承担违约责任。法律、行政法规禁止或者限制转让的标的物,依照其规定。
