释义	法律分析: 逾期交房违约金并没有统一的标准，如果双方有合同约定的话，就按照合同约定的内容处理。如果合同没有约定的，按照同期银行贷款利率为准，逾期交房违约金一般在1%-1‰之间。法律依据: 《最高人民法院关于审理商品房买卖合同适用法律问题的若干解释》第十七条出卖人自行销售已经约定由包销人包销的房屋，包销人请求出卖人赔偿损失的，应予支持，但当事人另有约定的除外。
