释义	法律分析：因债务转移引发纠纷债权人应向新的债务人主张债权，如果债务人不偿还，可以通过起诉解决。如果债务人转让全部债务且已生效,债务人事实上已经退出了债权债务关系,无需承担债务。债务应由新债务人承担。债务转移是指在不改变债的内容的前提下，债务人将合同债务全部或部分移转给第三人。法律依据：《民法典》第五百五十一条，债务人将债务的全部或者部分转移给第三人的，应当经债权人同意。债务人或者第三人可以催告债权人在合理期限内予以同意，债权人未作表示的，视为不同意。
