问题	房客违约又不肯搬走如何处理
释义	当房东把房子出租给房客时，双方必须按照合同履行彼此的义务。如果房客有违约行为，依照租赁合同约定，房东有权解除合同的，房客应当按照合同约定承担违约责任，搬离租赁房屋。房客不愿意搬离，作为房东可以到法院起诉，让法院强制要求房客搬离房屋。法律依据《民法典》第五百七十七条，当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。
