释义	法律分析：要求承担违约责任不一定必须解除合同。如果因违约导致合同被解除的，主张解除合同与主张违约责任是可以并存的，也就是在因一方违约造成另一方经济损失的情况下，可以在解除合同的同时要求违约方赔偿相应损失，此等违约责任并不因合同的解除而归于消灭。但法律并没有规定要求违约责任就必须解除合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百七十七条：当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。
