释义	法律分析: 合同不符合法律法规无效。生效的民事法律行为一般都具有三个要素：合同当事人有缔约能力，无民事行为能力人实施的民事法律行为无效；合同当事人的意思表示真实；合同没有违反法律法规的强制性规定和公序良俗。若不符合某个条件则该民事法律行为无效。《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十三条具备下列条件的民事法律行为有效：行为人具有相应的民事行为能力；意思表示真实；不违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不违背公序良俗。
