释义	债务加入的法律效果如下：1、债权人可以向原债务人主张权利，同时也可以向第三人主张清偿；2、第三人承诺履行仅为第三人加入原债务，原债务人并不脱离原债权债务关系，其仍对债权人负履行合同的义务，同时依然享有对债权人的合理抗辩权；3、第三人加入后，成为债务人，与原债务人一起向债权人承担义务；4、第三人与原债务人之间系向债权人并列承担清偿责任的关系。【法律依据】《合同法》第八十四条规定，债务人将合同的义务全部或者部分转移给第三人的，应当经债权人同意。
