释义	房产赠与，在还没有办理过户登记的时候，能够撤销，但是经过公证的赠与合同或者依法不得撤销的具有救灾、扶贫、助残等公益、道德义务性质的赠与合同，一般不能撤销。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百五十八条赠与人在赠与财产的权利转移之前可以撤销赠与。经过公证的赠与合同或者依法不得撤销的具有救灾、扶贫、助残等公益、道德义务性质的赠与合同，不适用前款规定。第六百五十九条赠与的财产依法需要办理登记或者其他手续的，应当办理有关手续。
