释义	法律分析：原则上应予准许。但因其退伙给其他合伙人造成损失的，应当考虑退伙的原因、理由以及双方当事人的过错等情况，确定其应当承担的赔偿责任。该条尽管没有明确用“声明退伙”的概念，实际上是暗含着允许合伙人声明退伙的规定，但遗憾地是对其具体的适用条件没有规定。法律依据：《中华人民共和国合伙企业法》第四十七条合伙协议未约定经营期限的，合伙人在不给合伙企业造成不利影响的情况下，可以退伙，但应当提前30日通知其他合伙人。这里所讲的退伙事实上是声明退伙。
