释义	法律分析：共同借款人中有人没有实际使用借款的情况下也要承担清偿责任，只要借款人都在借条上面签名了，债权人就可以向在借条上签字的这些债务人追债，共同借款人借到钱以后怎么使用，那是借款人的事情，跟债权人无关。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百一十八条债权人为二人以上，部分或者全部债权人均可以请求债务人履行债务的，为连带债权;债务人为二人以上，债权人可以请求部分或者全部债务人履行全部债务的，为连带债务。连带债权或者连带债务，由法律规定或者当事人约定。
