释义	法律分析: 会，驾驶证被依法吊销后，从业资格证亦随之失效。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第一百一十条执行职务的交通警察认为应当对道路交通违法行为人给予暂扣或者吊销机动车驾驶证处罚的，可以先予扣留机动车驾驶证，并在二十四小时内将案件移交公安机关交通管理部门处理。道路交通违法行为人应当在十五日内到公安机关交通管理部门接受处理。无正当理由逾期未接受处理的，吊销机动车驾驶证。公安机关交通管理部门暂扣或者吊销机动车驾驶证的，应当出具行政处罚决定书。
