释义	法律分析：企业换领导债务关系不变，仍由该企业承担。企业领导的更换不影响企业偿还债务和享有债权。但如果企业法人在对外经济活动中，存在恶意或过失，那么在有债务时，企业在承担债务后也可同时要求原法人承担责任，就是企业在承担债务后，可以向原领导追偿。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第十三条公司法定代表人依照公司章程的规定，由董事长、执行董事或者经理担任，并依法登记。公司法定代表人变更，应当办理变更登记。
