释义	怎么查自己被起诉，当事人是查不到有没有被法院起诉的，当事人被法院起诉后法院会向当事人送达起诉书，起诉书送达后当事人就知道自己被起诉了。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第百三十八条公告送达可以在法院的公告栏和受送达人住所地张贴公告，也可以在报纸、信息网络等媒体上刊登公告，发出公告日期以最后张贴或者刊登的日期为准。对公告送达方式有特殊要求的，应当按要求的方式进行。公告期满，即视为送达。
