释义	法律分析： 2006年1月1日。2000年起，国家开始在江西安徽等地试点农村税费改革，2003年后逐步在全国铺开，2005年国家决定，于2006年1月1日起正式实施改革，除烤烟外特产税外，全面取消农业税(包括除烤烟外的其他特产税)及三提五统等。法律依据：《全国人民代表大会常务委员会关于废止〈中华人民共和国农业税条例〉的决定》第一届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第九十六次会议于1958年6月3日通过的《中华人民共和国农业税条例》自2006年1月1日起废止。
