法律分析：按以下顺序判断合同纠纷的管辖法院：1、属于不动产、港口作业、遗产纠纷合同的诉讼，适用专属管辖规定，由不动产、港口、被继承人住所地及遗产所在地法院管辖。2、书面形式订立协议的，在规定范围内选择与争议有联系的地区的法院管辖。3、合同履行地、被告人住所地法院管辖。
法律依据：《民事诉讼法》第二十三条 因合同纠纷提起的诉讼，由被告住所地或者合同履行地人民法院管辖。
