法律分析:
劳动者在试用期的工资不得低于用人单位所在地的最低工资标准。试用期工资低于最低工资标准的,用人单位应当支付其差额部分;逾期不支付的,责令用人单位按应付金额百分之五十以上百分之一百以下的标准向劳动者加付赔偿金。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第二十条
【试用期工资】劳动者在试用期的工资不得低于本单位相同岗位最低档工资或者劳动合同约定工资的百分之八十,并不得低于用人单位所在地的最低工资标准。
