释义	法律分析：我国的民法典规定，通常情况下，不仅是孩子的父母才有抚养权，孩子的祖父母和外祖父母也有该孩子的抚养权。孩子的亲生父母死亡后，或者父母没有能力抚养孩子的，那么有负担能力的祖父母和外祖父母可以对该未成年的孩子承担抚养义务。但是对于已经成年的孩子，祖父母、外祖父母没有抚养义务。法律依据：《民法典》第一千零七十四条，有负担能力的祖父母、外祖父母，对于父母已经死亡或者父母无力抚养的未成年孙子女、外孙子女，有抚养的义务。
