释义	羁押不是认定犯罪了。根据法院定罪原则，未经人民法院依法判决，对任何人都不得确定有罪。羁押只是司法机关对犯罪嫌疑人在终审判决前的暂时关押，并不说明有罪。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百六十七条人民检察院对直接受理的案件中被拘留的人，认为需要逮捕的，应当在十四日以内作出决定。在特殊情况下，决定逮捕的时间可以延长一日至三日。对不需要逮捕的，应当立即释放；对需要继续侦查，并且符合取保候审、监视居住条件的，依法取保候审或者监视居住。
