释义	如果离婚调解书生效以后，也就是夫妻在离婚调解书上签字以后，那么一般来说，离婚调解书就不可以反悔了。因为，离婚调解书的效力与法院判决书的效力是一样的。如果您能证明调解违背了您的真实意思表示，或者调解程序不合法等再审理由，可以向上级法院申请再审，撤销离婚调解书。但难度很大，最多能改财产分配部分，对离婚部分不可能从离改成不离。
