释义	如果公司因为需求要求员工不得不加班，按照国家规定，10月1日至10月3日为国庆节法定节假日，加班则按300%算加班工资，即三倍工资。之后的日子是如果是调休的，加班且无补假的，按200%算休息日加班工资，即双倍工资。七天假期内遇到周六、周日的，加班且无补假的，按照200%算休息日加班工资，即双倍工资。在确定加班工资的计算基数时，劳动合同对加班工资基数有明确约定的，按约定的标准确定。但加班工资的计算基数不得低于本市最低工资标准。法律依据《劳动保障监察条例释义新》第十一条
