问题	不知情的情况下收了赃物
释义	不知情而购买赃物，如果价格合理，则适应善意第三人制度；不够成犯罪，也不违法，如果购买的赃物被追索，其损失可向售卖人索赔。如果不知道是赃物而购买但价格显然低于市场价格，其权益可能会得不到保障，警方可能会收回赃物并罚款；甚至会被推定位明知为赃物。不过，根据相关司法解释，少量购买赃物自用的，属情节显著轻微，不认为是犯罪。
