遗失物品法律相关规定有哪些
1、若行李丢失，则承运人必须作出赔偿。
2、赔偿标准却不统一。国内航班的行李赔偿标准为50元/公斤。
3、若旅客在办理托运时，声明了托运物品的价值，则按声明价值赔付。若旅客购买了行李保险，可以同时向保险公司索赔，两个索赔互相独立。
4、如果按上述方法无法达成一致，旅客可以向民航总局或者当地的消费者保护协会投诉。
若投诉无效，旅客可以向承运人住所地，主要营业地或者订立合同的营业地的法院，或者向目的地点的法院提起诉讼。
