释义	放弃父母遗产的继承权，一般来说是不可以反悔的。遗产处理开始后，放弃继承的继承人是不能继续继承的。但是如果做出放弃继承权后，在遗产分配前反悔的，还是经过其他继承人同意或者被继承人同意的，就可以反悔，继续继承遗产。《继承法》第二十五条规定，继承开始后，继承人放弃继承的，应当在遗产处理前，作出放弃继承的表示。没有表示的，视为接受继承。受遗赠人应当在知道受遗赠后两个月内，作出接受或者放弃受遗赠的表示。到期没有表示的，视为放弃受遗赠。
