释义	法律分析：暴力取证罪的立案标准是司法工作人员以暴力逼取证人证言、被害人陈述，手段残忍、影响恶劣的，致人自杀或者精神失常的，造成冤、假、错案的，3次以上或者对3人以上进行暴力取证的，授意、指使、强迫他人暴力取证的，应当立案追诉。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百四十七条【刑讯逼供罪】【暴力取证罪】司法工作人员对犯罪嫌疑人、被告人实行刑讯逼供或者使用暴力逼取证人证言的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。致人伤残、死亡的，依照本法第二百三十四条、第二百三十二条的规定定罪从重处罚。
