问题	婚前财产公证一定要双方一起去吗
释义	准备好材料后，双方必须亲自到公证处提出公证申请，填写公证的申请表格。委托他人代理或是一个人来办婚前财产公证，是不会被受理的。可以去公证，公证处也会按照你的公证目的出具公证书，证明你婚前有一笔婚前财产。但是我国法律规定，结婚4年，婚前个人财产中的重大财产变更为夫妻共同财产，结婚满8年，婚前个人财产的房屋也变更为夫妻共同财产，如果是证明财产为婚前个人财产，那么只需单方去即可，需要提供身份证、未婚证明、财产权属证明等材料。
