释义	变造货币必须是数额较大的行为才能构成犯罪。数额较大的认定标准，可以参照最高人民法院有关司法解释规定的构成运输假币罪的数额标准，即变造货币总面值在1000元以上或者币量100张以上可视为数额较大。未达到以上数额的变造货币行为不宜以犯罪论处。需要注意的是，这里的货币数额应读是指变造后的货币额，而不是变造前真币的数额，因为对国家货币信理制度危害的显然是变造的货币而非变造前的真币。主体要件。法律依据《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百七十三条
