公司法人该如何退出

法律分析：公司的法定代表人如果希望退出公司，则需要经过一定法定程序。公司法人想要退出公司，只有超过三分之二以上股份的股东同意变更法定代表人才可以变更。公司股东会通过后，再持有股东会决议到当地工商局办理变更手续。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》 第十三条 公司法定代表人依照公司章程的规定，由董事长、执行董事或者经理担任，并依法登记。公司法定代表人变更，应当办理变更登记。
