释义	法律分析：在工作中的罚款，只有一种情况是法律允许的，那就是劳动者本人给单位造成了经济损失。这个时候，用人单位可以要求其进行经济赔偿，允许从工资里扣除。不过这里有个注意点，那就是赔偿可以从工资里扣，但是每个月扣钱不能超过20%，且实际发放工资不能低于当地最低工资标准。如果过低的话，就要按照最低标准支付。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第一百零二条劳动者违反本法规定的条件解除劳动合同或者违反劳动合同中约定的保密事项，对用人单位造成经济损失的，应当依法承担赔偿责任。
