释义	法律分析：免除债务具有的法律效果：1、免除发生债务绝对消灭的效力因使债务消灭的结果，债务的从债务如利息债务、担保债务等，也同时归于消灭。债务全部免除的，债务全部消灭;债务一部分免除的，则仅该免除部分消灭。2、免除债务是债权人的权利，但债务的免除不得有害第三人的权利。如已就债权设定质权的债权人，不得免除其债务人的债务，而以之对抗质权人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百七十五条债权人免除债务人部分或者全部债务的，债权债务部分或者全部终止，但是债务人在合理期限内拒绝的除外。
