释义	法律分析：不赡养老人是一种违法行为。尊老是中国公民的传统美德，维护老年人的合法权益，宪法等法律法规给予了保障。对于自已年老的父母，没有或者丧失劳动能力，生活不能自理的，作为子女有赡养义务。如果没能力抚养而不抚养会构成犯罪。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零六十七条父母不履行抚养义务的，未成年子女或者不能独立生活的成年子女，有要求父母给付抚养费的权利。成年子女不履行赡养义务的，缺乏劳动能力或者生活困难的父母，有要求成年子女给付赡养费的权利。
