释义	法律分析：残疾人的兄弟姐妹，没有赡养义务。但如果父母已经死亡或者父母因为其他原因丧失抚养能力了，则此时有负担能力的兄、姐对尚未成年的弟、妹有抚养的义务。赡养是指子女在物质上和精神上为父母提供必要的生活条件，子女作为赡养人，应当履行对老年人经济上供养、生活上照料和精神上慰藉的义务，照顾老年人的特殊需要。儿子和女儿都有义务赡养父母。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第三十七条依法负担被监护人抚养费、赡养费、扶养费的父母、子女、配偶等，被人民法院撤销监护人资格后，应当继续履行负担的义务。
